Meet Bear
Bear was just 15 minutes away from a tragic fate at a high-kill shelter when a determined team of people came together to save him. Fortunately, we had space, and we were able to give him a second chance at life.
This energetic 2-year-old male is full of life and love. He gets along well with other dogs, adores people, and would thrive in an active home—whether running, hiking, or just enjoying the great outdoors. He’s housebroken and crate-trained, though he’s still in need of further training. Luckily, he listens well and learns quickly.
For Bear, every day is a fresh start—not just because he was rescued, but because he’s experiencing so many new things for the first time. He’s a loyal and loving companion ready to bring joy and adventure to his forever home.
Meet Kobe
Kobe is an AKC-registered German Shepherd with a story of resilience. After being left alone and uncared for, his original owner rescued him from a difficult situation. However, she was unable to keep him, so I took him in for extensive training to help him thrive.
Kobe is good with other dogs but can be pushy, making him unsuitable for homes with intolerant or dominant dogs. His obedience is improving every day—his recall is excellent, and his command training is progressing well. Having experienced isolation in the past, he is still adjusting to his new life, but he’s making steady progress.
He walks well on a leash and is continuing his training, with an expected readiness in the coming weeks. Kobe would do best in a calm home with minimal traffic and no cats or birds.
He is crate-trained, housebroken, and takes time to warm up to new people, but with patience and structure, he will make a loyal and devoted companion.
